3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive written confirmation from us.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: Full charge applies

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

4. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health, behaviour, and any special requirements
• Ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations as required by our facility
• Disclose any history of aggression or behavioural issues
• Provide emergency contact information
• Collect your pet at the agreed time
• Pay for services rendered in accordance with our pricing

5. Health and Safety Requirements

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require:

• Current vaccination records (within 12 months)
• Flea and tick prevention treatment
• Disclosure of any contagious conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a health or safety risk to other animals or our staff.

6. Liability and Indemnification

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pets in our care, you acknowledge that:

• Pet care involves inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated
• We are not liable for any injury, illness, or death that occurs despite reasonable care
• You agree to indemnify reef-moose against any claims arising from your pet's actions

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We recommend maintaining appropriate pet insurance coverage.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of reef-moose and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
